The end product will be the Patient portals per country with a predefined set of features enabled per your local countries' standards, needs and regulations. The solution will be globally managed, and content could be uploaded either by the local country Teams via "self-service" or through global/regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) functions doing such marketing operations on behalf of the countries as "full-service".
