Designing and building global Centre of Excellence (CoE) functions working on the Commercial Operations domain specialized in Pharma.

Global specialized CoE functions are the key components of global Commercial Services, providing globally standardized services to the business to decrease costs and increase quality and efficiency. Business functions can focus on the revenue-generating operations and leave the standardized operational tasks to the specialized CoE Teams.

The end product will include the following:

• Global Commercial Services CoEs organization models. 

• Roles and responsibilities (RACI) of each function in the CoEs. 

• Resource planning for the short-mid and long term in each CoE. 

• Metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the organization model and to manage it accordingly.
